Guaranty Title Agency of Arizona has been serving the needs of the real estate community for over 30 years. The company boasts two strengths which allow it to provide unparalleled products and services.

First, the company is owned and operated by its management. This daily on-site control provides the ability to respond to client's needs immediately. The senior management team, led by Rex Caldwell, the company's President, has hundreds of years of combined industry experience. Mr. Caldwell has owned the operation for over 20 years. The experience of the team runs the full service spectrum inclusive of title insurance operations, escrow operations, escrow administration, sales and marketing. The company has also become one of the premier providers of REO closing services in the state.

Second, as a title insurance agency, the company issues title insurance policies on behalf of the nation's largest underwriters, Fidelity National Title Insurance Company and Chicago Title Insurance Company. The financial strength of these underwriters adds value to the real estate transaction when combined with the flexibility of local ownership of the issuing agency. This flexibility allows choices in pricing and underwriting issues not found when dealing with our competitors.
