Hello Mr. Caldwell, I want to take this opportunity to tell you how impressed I am with Guaranty Title. Last fall I attended a CE class which was sponsored by Guaranty Title. At that seminar I picked up a flier which talked about what you could do to help agents with short sales. I had just happened to take two short sales listing so I thought why not give them a try. Well I must say in this crazy industry we are in now that was one of the best things I could have done.

Jenna Shaw is who I contacted and since last September I have not only developed a strong business relationship with her but consider her a friend. I can not say enough great things about Jenna. No matter what I needed or even when I needed it she was there for me. Her knowledge and follow through is like non other I have found here in the valley. Her passion for her profession makes her stand apart from the rest. I am sure you are proud to have her as a member of team. I find most people I encounter just go to work to get a paycheck and do not listen to what their clients/customers needs and wants are but that is not the case with Jenna nor any other employees at Guaranty Title with whom I have had contact with. Guaranty Title truly has the "cream of the crop" when it comes to it their employees. They are hard workers, honest workers, caring workers, and knowledgeable! Finally I would also like to compliment Mark who has also assisted on my short sales. He is extremely professional, precise, and always got me what I needed at the drop of a hat. So thanks to him and everyone else from the first person that answers the phone all the way down the line. Everyone works and fits together like a puzzle.
